Feeling Better

After many trips to the chiropractor and several massages I think that I will live. I am almost pain free, free enough to get back to exercising, which is, at my age, the biggest help. It's true--use it or lose it. Exercise is hard to fit in during the school year so I will have to incorporate short sessions. The weekend gardening, though intense, is not enough.

Here are a few more pictures from my yard. Have a great week everyone.

I am so glad you're feeling better! I believe in massage, as i'm sure you could guess.

And I'm also a big believer that we need to keep moving around, no matter how old or young we are. Oh yeah! Keep on truckin'!

Beautiful shots of your garden.

beautiful shots, that is a beautiful part of the country. My wife and I drove close by on the way to NEW ORLEANS. Unique music shop there in Eunice. I bought an accordian at Savoy Music store. Have a good day and thanks

Elk, it is a succulent called “Kalanchoe digremontiana,” sometimes called “Maternity Plant,” “Pregnant Plant” or “Mother of Thousands.” When it blooms it makes a very tall stem of pretty pink flowers.
